Seeking Help
It’s important you feel safe, comfortable and understood before starting therapy. At Better Mental Health, we strive to ensure you connect with the right therapist for your specific needs. We offer a complimentary session that can be scheduled over the phone, online or in person. During this session we ask you to describe your issues. We will listen and provide an outline of how we can help. If we are not the best fit, we will refer you to someone who is better suited for your needs.
Asking for help is difficult but this could be the best call you make to get back to the life you want. Call us at 763-412-1700. If it’s after hours or we are in session, you will get our voice mail. We specialize in working with teens and young adults to help them address; self-esteem, self-efficacy, addiction, relationship conflicts, and emotional regulation difficulties.
We work with adults to help them address; addiction, relationship building, increasing communication skills, chemical use and behavioral concerns with their children, as well as helping them find balance in their own lives.
We work with families to address any conflictual family dynamics.
Flexibility
We understand your time is valuable and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the support you need. In an effort to allow you to access therapy in a way that fits with your schedule we offer traditional face-to-face therapy sessions as well as online therapy. You pick which type of therapy session you want when you schedule your appointment through the client portal.
